| Financial Manager: |
| Lead cross functional teams consisting of Development, QA; Product management through complex, re-architecture. Responsible for reviewing the company's financial statements and analyzing prices, sales, costs, expenses, and tax rate in order to determine our value and project future earnings. Ensure that appropriate financial policy framework is in place to guide the organization's decision making. Prepare reports using spreadsheets and statistical software packages to minimize funding costs and maximize benefits from business strategies. Develop a comprehensive financial plan that identifies problem areas and makes recommendations for improvement, by weighing the associated risks. Assess current trends in business practices, products and industry competition so that the company can make informed business decisions. Write reports and make presentations demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of investment in potential new products. Prepare financial reports that summarize the company's financial position. |

| Requirements: |
MBA;
2 years exp as Financial Accountant;
Experience with ACCPAC, Tally, ERP, Quickbooks, Peachtree, Creative Solutions Depreciation Software;
Experience with cashflow, audits, budgets, cost reports.
