Zaah’s Incubation Process:
Evaluation & Conceptualization
The visionary client and Zaah’s incubation experts will meet to discuss goals, concepts and intended functionality of the initial idea. If Zaah deems the project worthy of commitment, Zaah’s incubation team, consisting of creative developers, technical engineers, business developers, marketing personnel and project managers, will draw on their experience, market knowledge and inherent ingenuity to create a project outline that can expand as new ideas and innovations are developed.

Project Review & Setup
During this process Zaah will research the idea to make sure there is a demand for the concept and that it is not being developed by another firm. Zaah will research copyright, trademark and patent issues for the incubated project.

Also during the initial setup, a communication flow will be established that promotes idea generation and easy interaction among the incubation team. We will determine the key contributors and guarantee their continued commitment to developing the project. Once this network is established, ideas will flourish and enthusiasm will undoubtedly amplify.

Further research is done at this point to establish markets, programming languages, written languages and types of documentations and code that will be used during the incubation process

Strategic Portfolio Planning
Creating a strategic portfolio is a key to the success of an incubation project. After the determination of overall client goals, Zaah will create a business portfolio for the project. This will determine the costs associated with the project, such as for startup, research, development, marketing and testing. It will also determine the scope of the project in terms of strategic goals and development strategies. This portfolio also identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the initial idea so that it can be improved accordingly.

Advisory Committee
A major advantage to incubating with Zaah is we match each project with an exclusive team that supports the client’s vision and is able to cultivate fresh ideas for business and technical development.

Zaah has countless partnerships from with we can form a unique advisory board for any project. Zaah’s partners are positioned to give expert advice in countless markets and technical fields. In our incubation process, we continuously mine guidance from a varied group of knowledgeable professionals and industry gurus to enhance our visions and ideas, and those of our incubated clients.

Collaboration and Development
This step varies with each project but includes all technical planning and development, marketing, testing and maintenance of each stage of the project

Offspring Development
After initial development and joint marketing efforts, offspring, or subprojects, are developed to compliment and enhance the efforts of the original incubation. For example, Zaah may suggest the development of different types of applications, the use of new media or the branching out into new markets.

Project Status Reports
Throughout the incubation process, status reports will be generated and evaluated. This ensures that objectives are being met and progress is being made. Often these reports will determine the form that ongoing incubation takes.

Ongoing Incubation
Although we want all of our incubates to grow into self-sufficient, powerful entities of their own, we know that real success requires maintenance and continued development. Once the incubated client is ready to stand on its own, Zaah will be available for constant support, evaluation and advice.
